Can I return worn earrings within 30 days?
Only unworn earrings with seals intact can be returned unless faulty.

My vermeil/ gold plated looks dull after wear. Is that a fault?
No. Patina is natural. Your complimentary annual clean will restore its shine.

Do you service international clients?
Yes. We welcome clients worldwide. Customs duties and taxes may apply.

What if my parcel is lost on the way back to you?

Please use a tracked and insured courier service. Rabbit Forest Jewellery cannot accept liability for items lost before they reach us.

Terms of Service & Eligibility

Our policies are designed to offer assurance and fairness to both clients and our artisans.

Eligibility

Services apply only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. Complimentary repair and cleaning are valid for one year from delivery. Each client account is entitled to one complimentary cleaning per calendar year.

Returns & Exchange

Items must be returned in original condition with packaging. Earrings must be unworn for hygiene reasons. Bespoke, engraved, or final-sale pieces are excluded unless faulty. Refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method. Shipping and delivery costs are the client’s responsibility. Rabbit Forest Jewellery is not liable for any item lost or damaged in transit before it reaches us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. International returns are welcome. Customs duties and taxes are the client’s responsibility.

Repairs & Servicing

Complimentary repairs cover only structural faults caused by workmanship. Clients must obtain written approval before sending any piece for service. Items sent without approval or adequate insurance travel at the client’s own risk. Unauthorised repairs or alterations void all complimentary services. Typical repair time is 7–14 business days once received. Clients cover both inbound and outbound shipping costs. If a confirmed manufacturing fault is found, Rabbit Forest Jewellery will cover return delivery after repair.

Cleaning Service

One complimentary cleaning per client per calendar year. Clients cover both inbound and outbound delivery costs. Additional items or replating may be arranged at a preferred client rate.

Not Covered

Normal wear or surface marks. Natural plating fade. Damage from impact, chemicals, moisture, or improper storage. Unauthorised repairs, resizing, or modifications. Stretching or breakage due to over-tension. Loss, theft, or accidental damage. Items lost or damaged in transit to or from our atelier. Heavy refinishing or replating requests. We treat every claim with fairness and transparency. For non-covered services, we provide a clear quotation before any work begins — no hidden costs, no surprises.
