Order Processing Time

All orders are dispatched from our London studio.
Standard orders: We aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Bespoke or personalised pieces: Lead times are provided on a per-product, per-quotation basis and confirmed at checkout or via email before your order is placed. Significant delays will be notified immediately.
You will receive an immediate order confirmation and a separate dispatch email with tracking once your jewellery leaves the studio.

International Orders & Customs

Rabbit Forest Jewellery is based in the United Kingdom. For all orders outside the UK: You are fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, or customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We provide a clear commercial invoice with accurate HS codes to assist smooth clearance. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Every order receives a unique tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link immediately upon dispatch. Track your order directly via Royal Mail’s website.

Delivery Guarantees & Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct – we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Changes, Cancellations & Address Corrections

You may update your shipping address before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once dispatched, address corrections may incur a re-routing fee charged by Royal Mail. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must meet the following conditions: Return Window: Initiate the return within 14 days from the day you received the item (as confirmed by delivery tracking). Original Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required.

Non-Returnable Items : Certain products cannot be returned or refunded (except if damaged or defective) to ensure fairness, hygiene, and the bespoke nature of fine jewellery: Earrings and Personal-Sensitive/Intimate Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or any intimate jewellery items that come into direct contact with the body. All sales are final on these items once the protective seal is broken or the item has been worn. Tailor-Made/Custom Image & Personalised Products: Items that are tailor-made, custom-made, made-to-order, or personalised (including any with custom images, designs, engravings, or your specific specifications) are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. These unique items are created just for you and cannot be resold. Note: If any non-returnable item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us (see the Damaged or Defective Items section below). We will make it right by providing a replacement or appropriate solution at no cost to you.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a damaged/defective product or an error on our part). We will refund the full product price and the cost of standard outbound shipping. Original shipping fees for expedited or express services are non-refundable. Returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us – Email Info@RabbitForestJewellery.co.uk (or use our Contact Us form) within the 14-day return window. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Return Authorisation – Our team will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions if eligible. Pack and Ship – Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all components, certificates, and freebies. Write the RA number on the package. Ship using a tracked, insured service. Confirmation & Refund – Once we receive and approve the return, we will process your refund and notify you by email.

International Returns

We accept returns from both domestic and international customers under the same 14-day conditions: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS – VALUE FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES ONLY” on customs forms to avoid import duties. Refunds are issued in the original payment currency. As long as the return is requested within 14 days of delivery, we allow reasonable transit time for international returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

Notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing Info@RabbitForestJewellery.co.uk with order details, a description of the issue, and photos. For verified manufacturing defects, transit damage, or our error: We offer a free replacement (or full refund if unavailable) and cover both return shipping of the faulty item and outbound shipping of the replacement. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear-and-tear.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges (except for defective items). Please return for a refund and place a new order. Refused Delivery: If a delivery is refused or unclaimed, it will be treated as a return and any carrier fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund. Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to deny returns/refunds and future orders in cases of abuse or fraud. Policy Changes: We may modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies.
Global Note: Our policy meets UK and EU minimum standards. Local consumer laws in other countries may provide additional rights.
